Title: Circular BioEconomy: pathways towards Sustainable Development
Abstract: In this paper we will summarise the current strategic research aims of the BIOTOPOS/NTUA Group. The emphasis of our work has been on the assessment and management of the emergence of circular bioeconomy and bio-society vectors. The approach followed covers sustainable chemical industrial, energy and environmental various future-oriented applications.
The ambition of the present perspective paper is to attract the attention of researchers, business, policy and other decision makers on the potential Circular Bioeconomy Developments products and co-products in order to restore the balanced functioning Circular Bioeconomy systems, using foresight for process innovation and bioresource tools and approaches.
